We begin our day with some free time at the historic city of Lancaster. This afternoon we board the award winning widebeam boat Kingfisher for a 1¾ hour cruise along the Lancaster Canal. We travel over the spectacular Lune Aqueduct, almost 100ft above the River Lune, for stunning views of the city skyline and surrounding countryside with a photo opportunity to step off the boat onto the Aqueduct - an experience not to be missed. During our cruise we enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea with assorted finger sandwiches, sausage roll, jam & cream scone and a selection of homemade sweet treats served with unlimited tea or coffee.
