“The Royal British Legion National Remembrance Gardens” - is a unique and evolving landscape featuring 25,000 trees and riverside walks. It is a haven of peace, contemplation and a growing tribute to those who have served and continue to serve our country. Home to Britain’s only Millennium Chapel of Peace, over 400 thought-provoking memorials including the iconic Armed Forces Memorial, a Visitor Centre, Restaurant and Shop. Most of the site is flat and wheelchair friendly and free talks are available throughout the day. Admission to the Arboretum is free with optional land train tours and guided walking tours available on the day.
