lkley’s name is well known thanks to the famous Yorkshire anthem “On Ilkla Moor Baht’at”. We take a scenic drive across Ilkley Moor with stunning views to reach the traditional town of Ilkley. Take a stroll along The Grove to soak up the elegance of this former Spa town with picturesque shops and cafes including Betty’s Tea Rooms. As today is market day you can also expect to see a variety of market stalls offering local produce. This afternoon we visit Sir Titus Salt’s picturesque village of Saltaire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to Salts Mill also offering many independent shops and one of the largest collections of art by David Hockney.
